The Sales Manager is in charge of:
- Achieves Sales goals defined in coordination with General Manager and Company Sales Team
- Implements strategies to improve market penetration and sales productivity
- Increases sales volume and profitability by formulating and executing projects for all market areas as stated in the Hotel Business Plan
- Improves call productivity monitoring and tracking results and analyses sales statistics to formulate profitability
- Reviews market analysis to define client needs, occupancy potential, desired rates, etc
- Negotiates with clients to achieve maximum profit while satisfying client needs
- Meets the budgeted Sales results and profit margins by soliciting, evaluating, selling and confirming business
- Plans for and implements strategies to maintain and increase the volume of business thorough Sales promotion
- Monitors the Sales' Department’s budget, taking corrective actions for any deviation
- Maintains accurate sales statistics and account records and provides feedback to General Manager on changing market conditions and trends in competition
- Quality management skills are needed
- Several years of sales experience in Italy preferably at a high-level Hotel, as well as an established network in Italy
- Italian and English confidence are mandatory. German language skills are a plus
- Great attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills
- Master degree preferably
- Full time fix term contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo
